Established in 2000 by Mike & Pauline Harnden, Mike is an ex Parachute Regiment soldier and Royal Artillery Officer with over 21 years service and Pauline RFA Projects - Project Management, International Event Organisation, Major Event Organisation, Maritime Security Training, Management Consultancy, Crisis Management, Major Disaster Recovery, Maritime Security, International Events, Training, Government Training, Government Projects, Event Management, Maritime Consultancy Services, Training Services, Consultancy, Security Courses is a teacher with over 35 years of experience.

Both Mike & Pauline follow the philosophy of "Let's get the job done" not "Let's have another meeting".

Prior to starting RFA Mike honed his management, training and leadership skills in the Army and with a number of Blue Chip organisations. We do not just employ sophisticated computer based solutions as many of our competitors do. That approach often means that the solution is simply tailored to suit the programme. We do however use computers as a tool to assist us to manage our projects, but only after we have scrutinised the project in minute detail and identified and agreed our true objectives with our client. This approach enables us to design our solution around the problem. The alternative methodology invariably means that the "Tail Wags the Dog" which is crazy, but sadly often happens.
